All items in this auction sell ‘As-Is’ and ‘Where-Is’ with no warranties expressed or implied.

All sales are final. No refunds will be made. Bidders were afforded an opportunity to examine the merchandise during the auction. Failure to examine the merchandise during the auction in no way relieves successful bidder for the obligation to pay for the items purchased.

Items offered for sale in this auction may come from a number of consignors, even if the advertising features a particular name or estate.

Descriptions, sizes, colors, or other information offered as part of the listing is for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information regarding the item. All items are used and will show fair wear & tear. If you have any doubts about any items please use the preview time to inspect.

All lots will remain open for bidding so long as bids are received within 2 minutes of the scheduled ending time. If a bid is received in this time frame the bidding on that lot is extended for 2 additional minutes.  This can repeat numerous times.

No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction.

This will be a no-reserve auction.

All items will be sold to the highest bidding qualified buyer regardless of price.

Sellers are prohibited from bidding on their items or having someone else bid on or buy back their items. If Seller attempts to bid on or buy back their own items or colludes with someone else to run up the price or buy the items back, the Auction Company has the right to void the bids placed. In addition, the rate of commission for all the Seller’s items in the auction will double, and the Seller will be prohibited from doing business with Riverbend Auctions LLC as a buyer or seller in all future auctions. At the Auction Companies discretion, it may decide to remove all of seller’s items from the auction.

Purchases must be picked up during the listed pick up hours. Failure to pick up and/or contact the auction company to make arrangements for an alternate date will result in forfeiture of your items (Your card on file will be charged the amount of your winning bid(s) with 10% buyers premium).  There is a $25.00 reschedule fee if the auctioneer or staff have to make a special trip for you.

The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including disconnecting, removal, packing and loading at the pick-up site. Please bring your own labor if assistance is needed. Seller & auction company are not responsible to help the purchaser remove/pack/load.

The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration.

A 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price.

Shipping is at the discretion of the auction company. If interested in shipping for an item call the auction company before placing a bid. Shipping is not guaranteed.
